About Fyfe McDade
Our Story
Fyfe Mcdade was established in 2007 by Carl Schmid and Ray Smith who, after several years of working across the property industry, decided to work together and set up an estate agency with a difference. They wanted to steer clear of the hackneyed stereotype of the sharp suited and aggressive sales agent and bring together a group of experienced and likeminded professionals to provide clients with excellent service in a friendly and welcoming environment.
Since then the company has grown to offer a wide range of property services, whilst retaining its approachable ethos. Staff are instructed to focus on customer service, always acting in the best interests of their clients, and to build long-term relationships with everyone they deal with, from landlords and vendors to tenants, buyers, solicitors, surveyors and developers.
Although estate agency is mainly about property it’s also about people, and we rely on word of mouth recommendations to grow our business. We’re always looking for talented individuals to join our growing team, so if you like the sound of our company and you’re looking for a new challenge, please get in touch at info@fyfemcdade.com and if you were wondering, the company name is derived from Carl and Ray’s mothers’ maiden names, Fyfe and Mcdade.
Fyfe Mcdade is the trading name of Fyfe Mcdade Ltd whose registered number is 06313492, and registered office is 1 Charlotte Road, Shoreditch, London, EC2A 3DH.
